Ordering

When you place an order with Really Funky Gifts you will receive a confirmation email.  If you do not receive an email within 24 hours please contact us as we may not have received your order.

Payment

We except PayPal payments only.  We do not except cheques.  Goods will not be dispatched until payment has reached our account.

Delivery

We charge £3.95 delivery for all items.  We aim to dispatch all goods within 5 days of your payment clearing, however certain items such as personalised goods may take longer.  If an item cannot be dispatched within this time we will contact you to let you know.
Should your item be out of stock we will contact you.  You can choose to wait for the product to return to stock or receive a full refund.

Personlisation

Please ensure that send us the correct details for any personalised products as we cannot except returns unless they are faulty or unless a mistake was made by us.

Returns

If you wish to return an item for any reason please contact us as soon as possible.  You have 14 days after you receive your goods to return them to us.  We will arrange a full refund of your purchase price.  We will however only pay for return postage if the goods are faulty in any way.

Privacy

We will retain your details on file for future marketing & promotional offers unless you tell us you do not wish to receive these. We will never disclose your details to a 3rd party.
